@b : Hey, I haven’t found any online, I bought mine at Hollander & Lexer, http://www.hollanderandlexer.net/ , Try giving them a call, I’m sure they’ll do a phone order, they had many sizes too. The fit on the waist is very true to size.

These are indeed from the John Rich & Bros. collection. I recently checked out the John Rich line while I was in LA, and was very impressed. Thanks for the detailed shots, Vincent.
